What Debby's Colleagues Say
Fellow therapists who have worked alongside Debby, consulted with her on complex cases, and know her clinical skill firsthand.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Debby since 2012, both as a friend and as a colleague. Over the years, I have come to know her as a compassionate, and a highly dedicated professional who genuinely cares about the people she serves.
Debby brings warmth, integrity, and professionalism to everything she does. She is an excellent listener, thoughtful in her approach, and consistently demonstrates empathy, patience, and respect. Her ability to connect with others and create a supportive environment is one of her greatest strengths.
Beyond her professional qualities, Debby is dependable, collaborative, and always willing to support those around her. I wholeheartedly recommend her. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Debby will be in caring and capable hands.

Ingrid Bauer, LCSW-R
I've known Debby Stromberg, LCSW-R, for 33 years as both a colleague and friend, and I've long respected, appreciated, and admired her as both a clinician and a person. Although we're peers, I've often reached out to Debby for guidance with challenging clinical situations because I trust her judgment and always value her thoughtful perspective.
Debby has been especially helpful to me in thinking through complex cases involving couples and families. She has an impressive ability to understand relationship dynamics, appreciate each person's perspective, and help people move toward healthier, more connected relationships. Our conversations have sharpened my clinical thinking and helped me become a better therapist.
Among Debby's many strengths is her genuine commitment to continually learning and growing as a clinician. While all licensed social workers are required to complete continuing education, Debby consistently goes well beyond those requirements. She actively seeks advanced training because she truly wants to provide the best care possible. That dedication is evident in the way she approaches her work and the care she provides to her clients. Although Debby has never been my formal supervisor, I've learned a great deal from her over the years through consultation and our many clinical conversations.
If I were looking for a clinical supervisor, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Debby. I trust her judgment completely and recommend her with great confidence to anyone seeking psychotherapy, couples or family therapy, clinical supervision, or professional consultation.
